| Proof of Membership is defined as a membership card, mailing label from a Society publication showing membership # and expiration date, payment acknowledgement from the Society registry, or statement showing check payment or charge to Society registry. |
| Refunds: Requests for refunds must be made IN WRITING via email to reservations@gulfwars.org or postal mail to the Exchequer's address (Gulf Wars Exchequer, 2510 Churchill Downs, Cumming, GA 30041). They MUST be dated or postmarked ON OR BEFORE March 6, 2026 and MUST INCLUDE A COMPLETED REFUND REQUEST FORM. Refunds for requests emailed or postmarked on or before March 6, 2026 will be made for any reason. Requests for refunds emailed or postmarked after March 6, 2026 will be at the discretion of the Gulf Wars Exchequer and the Gulf Wars Autocrat(s). There will be a processing fee of $10 (Ten Dollars) per canceled person, on ALL refunds for site reservations, and $20 (Twenty Dollars) per cancelled merchant registration. All refunds will be sent via check after the conclusion of War. A mundane name and valid mailing address must be provided with all requests. |
| EARLY ON For those planning to arrive prior to Saturday, 03/14, at 1pm, please be aware there is a new Early-On policy. Everyone in the party must request early access and receive approval from the Department Head and the Autocrats before being allowed on-site before Saturday, 11/14, at 1pm.
